Yours Truly

MAVSTAR

In the first half of this year, my efforts were focussed on MAVSTAR where I was the leader of the UNSW team at the IMAV09 competition held in Pensacola, Florida. We won third place in the indoor flight competition and were awarded best paper and best presentation at the event. Previously I was responsible for the development of a team of UGVs which are able to navigate using GPS and display a video feed at 1km range (LoS). The end result was gaining the award of "Best UGV Performance" from MAV08.

Qualifications

BE (Mechanical) (Medal) / BSc (Computer Science) at UNSW
Undergraduate Thesis completed December 2007 entitled "Design and Development of an Unmanned Ground Vehicle (UGV) for Micro Aerial Vehicle (MAV) Support"
Supervisor: Dr. T. Furukawa
